Over the years here on Live LCHF we’ve been asked ‘The Cholesterol Question’ more times than we can count.

I’m following or thinking about following the LCHF/Banting Lifestyle but I am concerned that it will impact my cholesterol numbers negatively, what should I do?

In a nutshell, that is the question that bugs most people about this way of eating. We thought we would make your life a little bit easier and put all the cholesterol related podcasts we’ve created on the same page to help you navigate this tricky topic as best you can.

Below are some of the podcasts that we believe will answer some of the most common cholesterol questions. The first one we wanted to share had to do with the particle size of cholesterol and why that is important.
